North Yorkshire County Council have developed an online learning package that provides information on COVID-19, the standard infection control precautions that staff should be following, and the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE). It will also equip you with knowledge around when to use PPE, the right PPE for the circumstances in which you work, and the correct way to put on, take off and dispose of PPE.
This course is suitable for people working in Health, Social Care and Education settings.
People who manage community settings that remain open during the epidemic would also benefit from it.
